Divided existing floor plan to 8000 sq ft and allocate to specific space following requirements such as:
reception area, 3 meeting rooms, 20 private offices, workstations, staff lounge, work room, file room,data server room, storage room.

HOTEL
Hotel for deepening understanding Japanese culture located in Japantown, downtown Vancouver. Every design is related to conventional cultural shapes such as Yosegi, structure of shrine,Torii etc. Whole hotel has zen atmosphere and gives tranquil result for guests and space.

Based on the existing house, rebuiled the model and landscape using Revit.
